We focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment to help our members attain their health and wellness goals through the art of combat sports. Fitness is a personal journey, so we encourage our clients to pursue self-excellence and not to compete or compare themselves with anyone else.
You’re going to be asked to remember combinations, aim, and possibly try not to get hit, all while huffing and puffing. It pays to pay attention. Be present and in the moment.
Even if you get mixed up or confused on a move or combination, go at your own pace, push yourself as hard as you can, but don’t overdo it.
Make sure you understand the technique. Speak up if you are confused about how to do each skill.
We will be eager to help you get the form down pat.
