1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
  2. If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request here.
  3. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled from the submission of the form below.  All payments are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellation of membership requires 30 days notice. If a direct debit is due to fall during this 30 day period. The direct debit will be deducted in its entirety, as outlined in your membership agreement.

    If members wish to cancel their membership before the agreed contract end date, Corporate Box Gym require Thirty (30) days advanced notice of their billing date via our online "Membership Cancellation Form".
    The submission of this form serves as my written notice for the termination of membership at Corporate Box Gym.
